About Joe M. Lopez

Realty Solutions Agent Joe Lopez has spent his entire life in Texas. He was raised in Houston, moved to College Station to graduate from Texas A&M, spent time in San Antonio, and finally settled down in Cypress in 2015. He loves this area because it has a small-town feel, yet it boasts big city opportunities such as extensive shopping, great entertainment, and excellent school systems. Born and raised in Texas, Joe has developed a vast knowledge of various locations and all they have to offer. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as a field service engineer in diagnostic imaging. His favorite aspect of the job was the customer’s satisfaction with a job well done. When deciding to become a realtor, Joe took his customer service skills and love of helping others into consideration. He wanted a profession that allowed him to work closely with people and provide them exceptional service. For Joe, he does not just “work with clients”; he develops long term relationships and considers each client a family member. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision that involves a great deal of work, time, and money. With Joe, you have a friend that walks with you every step of the way. Joe’s work philosophy is Client Happiness. He utilizes his knowledge of the market, technology, and the tools/resources offered by his brokerage, Realty Solutions. In order to keep his clients happy, Joe strives for the personal touch. Every client is different and Joe adapts to the client. Every moment spent with the client is used by Joe to fine tune his approach finding the best home suited to the client. He holds himself accountable in each transaction, and goes above and beyond to bring his clients the best deal available. When he has free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, reading books, playing games, and getting outdoors to engage in any/all sports.
